These guys are the real deal! From start to finish they were professional, responsive and set realistic expectations for my project. Bradley Mitchell with Window Depot was not trying to sell us anything, he was helping us buy.Widow Depot replaced our old aluminum single pane1963 windows. We had shopped around and had several quotes ,weighing the benefits and cost. My biggest worry was finding a capable installer for our older home where are windows frames have shifted over time. BEST DECISION MADE to go with Window Depot. Mr. Mitchell and the installers were great, on time, friendly. The fit, finish and operation of all windows is what you hope for and get! Had a great experience with window depot after being burned by another window company! I had every window in our house replaced. Bradley came to the house to measure and give me a quote when he said he would and explained the timeframe to get these ordered and installed. Right on time with what i was told. The install crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have nothing but great things to say about Window Depot! Highly recommend and would use them again in the future on another remodel.

When we made the decision to change out our doors and windows, I didn't realize what a circus it would be. We had all the big names in our house for a quote. Who knew there was a huge production just to try and sell you windows. It was exhausting. With Chuck & team, though, it was thankfully more direct and plain simple. New homeowners who need new windows, GO WITH THIS COMPANY! I worked with Bradley for our new windows and he was great to work with! The installation was quick and they cleaned up after themselves which was a plus too. The triple panel windows have reduced the outdoor noise SOOO much and they look amazing! My only regret is not using this company for all of the windows in our home (we hired a company through Home Depot and while those were still better than the old windows and had a nice installer, they weren't nearly as soundproof and good looking as these Window Depot windows). I definitely am going to look into this company for future projects with our home because of the amazing job that they did. Deciding to replace 20 windows in a 1920's bungalow was a big decision for us. After doing my research and reading copious reviews, I decided to go with Window Depot. Chuck, the owner, actually came out to do the estimate, and has been back several times to check in. While global shipping and logistics issues caused the project to take a bit longer than originally expected, my windows are now installed and look great -- just in time for the cold weather. I already notice a difference with the internal temperature. The crew was on-time and professional, and had the entire job done within 2 days. I'm pleased with the value and $, but IMO, having an owner who cares so deeply about his business and the satisfaction of his customers is really what sets this company apart from the others.

We had a double glider window that was broken by a stray bullet and we were holding together by packing tape. It was a TRIAL to find a company that would return our calls/ work with us to replace one window/ was organized and able to stay on a timeline for installation. Everyday I saw that shattered window was an exercise in patience. Finding Window Depot was a godsend. Chuck Dale and his team were so helpful, professional, and KIND. Our one window job certainly wasn’t a big profitable contract for them, but it’s made a huge quality of life difference for us to have a clear, functional view and no more reminders of a bullet entering our house. The install team did a superb job and were amazingly quick at getting the window up. I was impressed that they left no trace when tidying up after the install. Call window depot! Window Depot and Chuck were awesome right from the beginning. When we started looking for replacement windows we knew that we wanted a company/person that was going to be there from the start to the finish and not just hand us off to a sub-contractor. When I first met Chuck on the initial meeting he was attentive to our needs and took the time to review our options and made us feel comfortable and confident in the process. That made the decision easy for us to choose them and Chuck. Chuck was there every step of the way. Holy from the office always kept us update to date on the install time. Chuck also checked up on us on multiple occasion after the install to ensure everything was performing the way we were expecting and advised it would. I would recommend Chuck and window depot to all my friends.

Never been more pleased with a company coming in and doing what they're supposed to do professionally and competently--and we've lived here 20 years and had a TON of remodeling done. Not only did Chuck do a thorough estimate, but he made several suggestions (casement windows, frosted glass, etc.) for some windows that were aesthetically fantastic--nothing we ever would have thought of ourselves. But the shining star was Victor, our installer. Granted, the weather didn't cooperate and that caused the installation to go a little long, but Victor is a master craftsman. We have a couple of difficult windows and he took his time, painstakingly fitting the window and the trim until it suited him--I wouldn't have known the difference, but HE DID, and he made sure everything was perfect. Victor would put those guys in "This Old House" to shame. Once the project was finished, you'd never know they were here--except that the exterior looks 100% better than it did. We've had interior designers in here doing work, Lowe's, Home Depot, The Nashville Handyman, and a few other independents. None of them hold a candle to Window Depot Nashville. There is none better.

My windows are gorgeous. They were pretty old and needed to be replaced. I got 3 bids. Not only was Window Depot the cheapest bid, Bradley was great to work with and came by after the job was done. Jose and his crew were fast and efficient and cleaned up everything like they were never here. I decided to go with no panes because I want the more open look. If you are looking to replace windows, definitely call Bradley. No sales pitch. How refreshing. I replaced 14 windows. I love the fresh look it gives my house.

10/10 will recommend. I got quotes from everyone in the area and went with Window Depot. Mr. Dale did not "sell" me on his product at all. Since having our windows replaced we can tell a big difference in the house being much cooler during this very hot summer. We love the fact that they come with a tint in the glass. We had an in casement window installed in the kitchen so we can open it fully to pass food or drinks to the outside deck. They are all double hung so you can open them and lay them towards you in the room for cleaning… makes it so much nicer to be able to keep them clean and not have to call a professional to do the outside. Jose and his crew were on time, very personable, and did a professional job on our installation. Competing window companies told me that triple pane was overkill for Tennessee, however I found them to be a superior product. Last week my home was hit hard by the tornado. While a majority of my windows did break in the storm, the windows in the bedroom where I slept still had 1 pane of glass remaining. The extra pane of glass in these windows surely saved me from severe injury. I will purchase all of my windows from Chuck in the future.

We love our new windows! From start to finish our project was handled in the most professional manner by Chuck and his team. Time lines and schedules were met, installation of our windows went off without a hitch. The installers arrived on time AND thoroughly cleaned up each day. Our job was big, 34 windows altogether including a very large window in our entryway. The installers worked together like a well oiled machine to efficiently and safely install our windows, completing the job (as promised) in two days. Replacing windows is a relatively expensive home maintenance project and you want to be sure you are getting the best product, installation and service for your money. With Window Depot we did.

If you need windows or doors, look no further. My husband and I were skeptical when we first saw they had a 5 star google review. How could a company possibly have a 5? But then we met Chuck and David and the crew and they did an amazing job! From initial contact, Chuck and David were responsive, gave a clear price, explained the product and answered all questions (and my husband likes to ask a lot of questions). The day of installation the crew was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Jose even helped us capture a dragonfly that found it's way into our house. Our windows look great both inside and out. The windows are doing such a fantastic job at keeping the heat out that we have been able to raise our thermostat 3 degrees since the new windows were installed. I got three other window installation estimates before I called Window Depot, but I wish I would have called Window Depot first! Chuck was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable when he came out for the estimate. When his crew arrived for installation, they moved quickly and cleaned up after themselves, and Chuck stopped by to check on the process, then he called toward the end of the day to make sure they’d finished up well. A couple of days afterward, Chuck called to inquire about the level of satisfaction I had with the windows: They look great, have made my home quieter, and have made my home more energy efficient.

We had an amazing experience with Window Depot. The crew that did the installation was courteous, kind, and hard working. They cleaned everything up and allowed us to do a final inspection before signing the paperwork. A couple of hours later an area representative came by and did a walk through inspection on every window and answered all the questions we had. This was a great experience and would recommend others using Window Depot!

Corbin gave us a great look at all of our options. Costs were explained and not inflated. Trevor and the other workers installing were professional and respectful. Answered all the questions I had satisfactorily. We received the right windows for our home (older home with non standard size windows) not just some cookie cutter they rigged to make it work. We're looking to redo our vinyl siding in the near future as well and will more than likely be using Window Depot.

Chris and Dustin were extremely professional & right to the point. They figured out what we needed & didn't try to oversell anything. The installation team was absolutely amazing. They were timely and efficient. The owner checked in with us and made sure installation went well & we were happy. Window replacement. Chuck was the best to work with. He always showed up on time. He gave us an estimate and delivered without changes or exceptions. His crew were excellent. They wore masks at our requests as did we. It’s tough to wear a mask when you’re doing any work much less installing windows in the summer. Their work was exceptional and without compromise. They showed up in the morning, worked all day and when they left you couldn’t even tell any workers much less 8 windows taken out, all debris cleaned up and taken away and 8 beautiful new casement windows installed. Our home looks beautiful outside and in.

I had to have 3 windows replaced and chose Window Depot based on other good reviews. I had a great experience working with Chuck and his team. The quality of work was great and that's coming from someone who is very particular about the details. The best part of working the Window Depot was their honesty. My windows came in under sized because of a simple mix up. Instead of trying to push something on me just to move onto the next job, Chuck was honest and made it right with new windows. He really seemed to care that his customers are happy and that his windows will last for the long term.

When we made the decision to change out our doors and windows, I didn't realize what a circus it would be. We had all the big names in our house for a quote. Who knew there was a huge production just to try and sell you windows. It was exhausting. With Chuck & team, though, it was thankfully more direct and plain simple. The install was fantastic and we couldn't be happier!

Extremely happy with this company from the point of initial contact with Bradley through too and including caulking and the final cleaning of all of glass panels. They replaced 10 windows and 1 sliding glass door. Began work at 9am and done by 2pm...as promised with the penetrating and stifling heat of recent we are already feeling the insulated difference.

I contacted several window replacement companies and chose Window Depot mainly due to Chuck Dale. He seemed very honest and straightforward plus his prices were superb. After I signed the contract, he said it would take approximately 40 days to receive them and that’s about how long it took. The installers did a fantastic job and worked hard in the heat and humidity. We had 31 windows replaced and cannot be happier.

Professional, courteous, and punctual from start to finish! Had 2 old windows, over 5' high, that had been busted out at First Christian Church in Crossville. Needed all the old stuff ripped out, and completely new windows and frames installed. From the original estimate, to the updating phone calls, to the actual installation - theses guys were TOP NOTCH! Would recommend them to anyone, and am actually talking to them about some windows at my house! Thank you!

I had the pleasure of working with Chuck, the owner of Window Depot, and his crew. We purchased a home this year and needed every window in our home replaced. Chuck gave me his proposal and the timing of when the windows could be installed. They were installed weeks earlier than expected and they look great! Chuck is also just a good guy to work with - you know he's going to follow through and won't leave you in the dark. We certainly recommend Window Depot and would use them again!

I highly recommend Window Depot! I needed 2 windows replaced at our rental property on short notice and Dustin was able to make it happen! I called roughly 20 companies but eventually circled back due to the competitive pricing and responsiveness. Dustin was able to squeeze me in last second and bailed me out of a sticky situation! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Window Depot. They did exactly what that said they would & in a timely manner. They kept me up to date if there was any issue with delivery & were very receptive if I had any questions. They always returned my calls quickly if they were unavailable. I got new windows & a new front door. Bradley was so helpful in helping me choose my french doors. I've had so many compliments on both the windows & front doors. It certainly updated my house & I love the look & quality of their products.
