We had a double glider window that was broken by a stray bullet and we were holding together by packing tape. It was a TRIAL to find a company that would return our calls/ work with us to replace one window/ was organized and able to stay on a timeline for installation. Everyday I saw that shattered window was an exercise in patience. Finding Window Depot was a godsend. Chuck Dale and his team were so helpful, professional, and KIND. Our one window job certainly wasn’t a big profitable contract for them, but it’s made a huge quality of life difference for us to have a clear, functional view and no more reminders of a bullet entering our house. The install team did a superb job and were amazingly quick at getting the window up. I was impressed that they left no trace when tidying up after the install. Call window depot! They’ll handle the job well and it’ll be evident that the “Golden Rule” comprehensively undergirds this business.

New homeowners who need new windows, GO WITH THIS COMPANY! I worked with Bradley for our new windows and he was great to work with! The installation was quick and they cleaned up after themselves which was a plus too. The triple panel windows have reduced the outdoor noise SOOO much and they look amazing! My only regret is not using this company for all of the windows in our home (we hired a company through Home Depot and while those were still better than the old windows and had a nice installer, they weren't nearly as soundproof and good looking as these Window Depot windows). I definitely am going to look into this company for future projects with our home because of the amazing job that they did. I contacted several window replacement companies and chose Window Depot mainly due to Chuck Dale. He seemed very honest and straightforward plus his prices were superb. After I signed the contract, he said it would take approximately 40 days to receive them and that’s about how long it took. The installers did a fantastic job and worked hard in the heat and humidity. We had 31 windows replaced and cannot be happier.

Ever since I moved here 2+ years ago, it's been pulling teeth to figure out where the warranty replacement for my broken window ended up. Eventually I was connected with Chris and the Window Depot team and they were phenomenal with getting this all sorted out. Chris talked with the warranty company to finally get my window replacement shipped out and was very quick to bring it to me once it arrived. Although we weren't able to swap out the broken window due to not having a ladder, Chris was very kind to show me how to replace it myself when I have the tools available. I am very grateful for all the help Chris and Window Depot provided. Will definitely work with them in the future!

I was pretty worried about getting new windows for the first time with all the issues our place had. The whole process put my mind at ease. Bradley was very upfront from the beginning and always kept in touch during the whole process. Lou took the time to talk to me at length prior to install and took detailed notes about my specific issues. When Robbie and Dakota got here process could not have been smoother. Never been more pleased with a company coming in and doing what they're supposed to do professionally and competently--and we've lived here 20 years and had a TON of remodeling done. Not only did Chuck do a thorough estimate, but he made several suggestions (casement windows, frosted glass, etc.) for some windows that were aesthetically fantastic--nothing we ever would have thought of ourselves. But the shining star was Victor, our installer. Granted, the weather didn't cooperate and that caused the installation to go a little long, but Victor is a master craftsman. We have a couple of difficult windows and he took his time, painstakingly fitting the window and the trim until it suited him--I wouldn't have known the difference, but HE DID, and he made sure everything was perfect. Victor would put those guys in "This Old House" to shame. Once the project was finished, you'd never know they were here--except that the exterior looks 100% better than it did. We've had interior designers in here doing work, Lowe's, Home Depot, The Nashville Handyman, and a few other independents. None of them hold a candle to Window Depot Nashville. There is none better.

Window replacement. Chuck was the best to work with. He always showed up on time. He gave us an estimate and delivered without changes or exceptions. His crew were excellent. They wore masks at our requests as did we. It’s tough to wear a mask when you’re doing any work much less installing windows in the summer. Their work was exceptional and without compromise. They showed up in the morning, worked all day and when they left you couldn’t even tell any workers much less 8 windows taken out, all debris cleaned up and taken away and 8 beautiful new casement windows installed. Our home looks beautiful outside and in.

Their prices are incredible and their products are far, far superior than any other companies I considered. What really sets them apart is their dedication to quality work and communication. I had multiple changes in the process, and the Project Manager was patient and worked with me through everything. They were always on time and completed everything exactly as they said they would (and scheduling was super easy). They have been responsive to questions from me well after the installations, and they really stand by their products and the quality of their work. I know that if I were to call them 10 years from now with a question, they will help me with whatever I need. This team is truly incredible.

We are thrilled with our Windows from Window Depot! Our existing windows were old, had the small panes, did not stay up and were difficult to clean. We reached out to Bradley Mitchell, Project Manager for Window Depot. He brought samples to our home and demonstrated how easily they open, close and lock. We were able to customize the exterior trim to match out home. WOW! What a difference - our home feels bigger and we love how they function. I also want to share what a fabulous installation crew we had. Showed up on time, were skilled, respectful of our property, cleaned up thoroughly, cleaned our windows and made sure we knew everything about the window. Bradley, our Project Manager stopped by as well as the Operations Manager, Chris Turner. We couldn't ask for a better experience!

We are beyond pleased with the beautiful windows, but it was the exceptional service that really made this experience stand out. Chuck and his team treated us like we were old friends and no detail went unnoticed. We have a one year old that had to nap during the install and I was planning on being out and about all day (not fun!), but instead the install team worked hard to get all of the loud work out of the way before he had to go down and stayed as quiet as possible while he napped. I couldn’t believe how accommodating they were! Absolute top notch service!

Deciding to replace 20 windows in a 1920's bungalow was a big decision for us. After doing my research and reading copious reviews, I decided to go with Window Depot. Chuck, the owner, actually came out to do the estimate, and has been back several times to check in. While global shipping and logistics issues caused the project to take a bit longer than originally expected, my windows are now installed and look great -- just in time for the cold weather. I already notice a difference with the internal temperature. The crew was on-time and professional, and had the entire job done within 2 days. I'm pleased with the value and $, but IMO, having an owner who cares so deeply about his business and the satisfaction of his customers is really what sets this company apart from the others.

The quality of work was great and that's coming from someone who is very particular about the details. The best part of working the Window Depot was their honesty. My windows came in under sized because of a simple mix up. Instead of trying to push something on me just to move onto the next job, Chuck was honest and made it right with new windows. He really seemed to care that his customers are happy and that his windows will last for the long term.

I'm very happy with my new windows. They are the best I found and look beautiful inside and out. They were also the most affordable. The whole process was fast and smooth. When we made the decision to change out our doors and windows, I didn't realize what a circus it would be. We had all the big names in our house for a quote. Who knew there was a huge production just to try and sell you windows. It was exhausting. With Chuck & team, though, it was thankfully more direct and plain simple. Chris Turner came out to my property to inspect the windows on time as scheduled. Only 1 glass was broken and Chris said it was 2 pane window and a horse training facility, it didn’t need replacing. He said that all that really needed to be done was all of them shut. I had attempted to shut them but couldn’t so I thought they were broken. (Please note all the windows are very, very high and not easily reached) Chris closed them all! What honesty and integrity he displayed! He could have told me the windows were broken and needed replacing but no, he was honest! I would trust this company completely and appreciate the honesty.
