Deciding to replace 20 windows in a 1920's bungalow was a big decision for us. After doing my research and reading copious reviews, I decided to go with Window Depot. Chuck, the owner, actually came out to do the estimate, and has been back several times to check in. While global shipping and logistics issues caused the project to take a bit longer than originally expected, my windows are now installed and look great -- just in time for the cold weather. I already notice a difference with the internal temperature. The crew was on-time and professional, and had the entire job done within 2 days. I'm pleased with the value and $, but IMO, having an owner who cares so deeply about his business and the satisfaction of his customers is really what sets this company apart from the others.

I contacted several window replacement companies and chose Window Depot mainly due to Chuck Dale. He seemed very honest and straightforward plus his prices were superb. After I signed the contract, he said it would take approximately 40 days to receive them and that’s about how long it took. The installers did a fantastic job and worked hard in the heat and humidity. We had 31 windows replaced and cannot be happier.

David and Chuck are true professionals! The entire process was straightforward and simple. There were no hidden fees or extras, the price was the price. His installers were excellent as well! They installed, wrapped, and sealed almost 30 windows in a day! After seeing how amazing the windows look and knowing how much money we will save on utilities, I wish we would have contacted David and Chuck sooner!

Just told me he is going to get it done and get it done right. He came out multiple times during the project to check on the progress and make sure his guys were doing a good job. Pricing was very good too, and I felt the value of what I would be getting was the best that anyone had to offer. From start to finish I had a great experience with the Window Depot team - Robbie, Keith, Chad, Dakota, and Bobby. Each of them were incredibly professional, hard working, on time, and eager to please. We had all the windows on my home replaced (22) and we are thrilled with the end result. It has truly transformed our home. There was a small run of calking that was missed, and Chris came right back over to touch things up. He was really great and looked over everything to ensure everything was perfect. It is clear that this group of guys really know what they are doing and I highly recommend them to anyone that is considering new windows. We love our windows from Window Depot. We were new to this experience and Clay walked us through the process from start to finish. The windows Robbie installed look amazing in our space. It feels like a new room!

Never been more pleased with a company coming in and doing what they're supposed to do professionally and competently--and we've lived here 20 years and had a TON of remodeling done. Not only did Chuck do a thorough estimate, but he made several suggestions (casement windows, frosted glass, etc.) for some windows that were aesthetically fantastic--nothing we ever would have thought of ourselves. But the shining star was Victor, our installer. Granted, the weather didn't cooperate and that caused the installation to go a little long, but Victor is a master craftsman. We have a couple of difficult windows and he took his time, painstakingly fitting the window and the trim until it suited him--I wouldn't have known the difference, but HE DID, and he made sure everything was perfect. Victor would put those guys in "This Old House" to shame. Once the project was finished, you'd never know they were here--except that the exterior looks 100% better than it did. We've had interior designers in here doing work, Lowe's, Home Depot, The Nashville Handyman, and a few other independents. None of them hold a candle to Window Depot Nashville. There is none better.

Trevor and Chris did great work replacing an exterior door in about 5 hours. Great service with Corbin and Haley leading up to the job and overall we're very happy!

I was pretty worried about getting new windows for the first time with all the issues our place had. The whole process put my mind at ease. Bradley was very upfront from the beginning and always kept in touch during the whole process. Lou took the time to talk to me at length prior to install and took detailed notes about my specific issues. When Robbie and Dakota got here process could not have been smoother. They had everything done in a day. Can't recommend this company enough.

When we started looking for replacement windows we knew that we wanted a company/person that was going to be there from the start to the finish and not just hand us off to a sub-contractor. When I first met Chuck on the initial meeting he was attentive to our needs and took the time to review our options and made us feel comfortable and confident in the process. That made the decision easy for us to choose them and Chuck. Chuck was there every step of the way. Holy from the office always kept us update to date on the install time. Chuck also checked up on us on multiple occasion after the install to ensure everything was performing the way we were expecting and advised it would. Window replacement. Chuck was the best to work with. He always showed up on time. He gave us an estimate and delivered without changes or exceptions. His crew were excellent. They wore masks at our requests as did we. It’s tough to wear a mask when you’re doing any work much less installing windows in the summer. Their work was exceptional and without compromise. They showed up in the morning, worked all day and when they left you couldn’t even tell any workers much less 8 windows taken out, all debris cleaned up and taken away and 8 beautiful new casement windows installed. Our home looks beautiful outside and in.

We are beyond pleased with the beautiful windows, but it was the exceptional service that really made this experience stand out. Chuck and his team treated us like we were old friends and no detail went unnoticed. We have a one year old that had to nap during the install and I was planning on being out and about all day (not fun!), but instead the install team worked hard to get all of the loud work out of the way before he had to go down and stayed as quiet as possible while he napped. I couldn’t believe how accommodating they were! Absolute top notch service!

I had to have 3 windows replaced and chose Window Depot based on other good reviews. I had a great experience working with Chuck and his team. The quality of work was great and that's coming from someone who is very particular about the details. The best part of working the Window Depot was their honesty. My windows came in under sized because of a simple mix up. Instead of trying to push something on me just to move onto the next job, Chuck was honest and made it right with new windows. He really seemed to care that his customers are happy and that his windows will last for the long term.

Haven't yet decided; however, after several years of resistance to replace 1 cracked window, because of concern re trust, today, Clay H. came to do a free estimate and he is INCREDIBLE!! I am so relieved. He nor does the company, try to upsell, they will do 1 only ( prob some charges for that) but worth it as companies WON'T DO JUST 1! Window Depot is a fantastic company as far as my experience so far. I'm actually relieved and excited.

We love our new windows! From start to finish our project was handled in the most professional manner by Chuck and his team. Time lines and schedules were met, installation of our windows went off without a hitch. The installers arrived on time AND thoroughly cleaned up each day. Our job was big, 34 windows altogether including a very large window in our entryway. The installers worked together like a well oiled machine to efficiently and safely install our windows, completing the job (as promised) in two days. Replacing windows is a relatively expensive home maintenance project and you want to be sure you are getting the best product, installation and service for your money. With Window Depot we did.

We reached out to Bradley Mitchell, Project Manager for Window Depot. He brought samples to our home and demonstrated how easily they open, close and lock. We were able to customize the exterior trim to match out home. WOW! What a difference - our home feels bigger and we love how they function. I also want to share what a fabulous installation crew we had. Showed up on time, were skilled, respectful of our property, cleaned up thoroughly, cleaned our windows and made sure we knew everything about the window. I have to say that Chuck at Window Depot really went above and beyond with our new windows and patio door. We had a couple of issues with installation (a broken lock on our patio door and a cracked lower sash), and Chuck stayed in touch with me the entire time it took to remedy those issues. He really cared about our experience, and wanted to make sure our project was completed to our satisfaction. He even came all the way out to our home in Dickson on TWO separate Saturdays to fix the issues himself, and we are so happy with the finished product. I would absolutely recommend Window Depot. When we made the decision to change out our doors and windows, I didn't realize what a circus it would be. We had all the big names in our house for a quote. Who knew there was a huge production just to try and sell you windows. It was exhausting. With Chuck & team, though, it was thankfully more direct and plain simple.
