Our new windows gave our house a great new update and look!

I got three other window installation estimates before I called Window Depot, but I wish I would have called Window Depot first! Chuck was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable when he came out for the estimate. When his crew arrived for installation, they moved quickly and cleaned up after themselves, and Chuck stopped by to check on the process, then he called toward the end of the day to make sure they’d finished up well. A couple of days afterward, Chuck called to inquire about the level of satisfaction I had with the windows: They look great, have made my home quieter, and have made my home more energy efficient.

Never been more pleased with a company coming in and doing what they're supposed to do professionally and competently--and we've lived here 20 years and had a TON of remodeling done. Not only did Chuck do a thorough estimate, but he made several suggestions (casement windows, frosted glass, etc.) for some windows that were aesthetically fantastic--nothing we ever would have thought of ourselves. But the shining star was Victor, our installer. Granted, the weather didn't cooperate and that caused the installation to go a little long, but Victor is a master craftsman. We have a couple of difficult windows and he took his time, painstakingly fitting the window and the trim until it suited him--I wouldn't have known the difference, but HE DID, and he made sure everything was perfect. Victor would put those guys in "This Old House" to shame. Once the project was finished, you'd never know they were here--except that the exterior looks 100% better than it did. We've had interior designers in here doing work, Lowe's, Home Depot, The Nashville Handyman, and a few other independents. None of them hold a candle to Window Depot Nashville. There is none better.

Everyone was professional and the windows are beautiful. It did take a lot longer for the windows to come in that they said it would, but oh well.

We had a double glider window that was broken by a stray bullet and we were holding together by packing tape. It was a TRIAL to find a company that would return our calls/ work with us to replace one window/ was organized and able to stay on a timeline for installation. Everyday I saw that shattered window was an exercise in patience. Finding Window Depot was a godsend. Chuck Dale and his team were so helpful, professional, and KIND. Our one window job certainly wasn’t a big profitable contract for them, but it’s made a huge quality of life difference for us to have a clear, functional view and no more reminders of a bullet entering our house. The install team did a superb job and were amazingly quick at getting the window up. I was impressed that they left no trace when tidying up after the install. Call window depot! They’ll handle the job well and it’ll be evident that the “Golden Rule” comprehensively undergirds this business.

When we started looking for replacement windows we knew that we wanted a company/person that was going to be there from the start to the finish and not just hand us off to a sub-contractor. When I first met Chuck on the initial meeting he was attentive to our needs and took the time to review our options and made us feel comfortable and confident in the process. That made the decision easy for us to choose them and Chuck. Chuck was there every step of the way. Holy from the office always kept us update to date on the install time. Chuck also checked up on us on multiple occasion after the install to ensure everything was performing the way we were expecting and advised it would. We are beyond pleased with the beautiful windows, but it was the exceptional service that really made this experience stand out. Chuck and his team treated us like we were old friends and no detail went unnoticed. We have a one year old that had to nap during the install and I was planning on being out and about all day (not fun!), but instead the install team worked hard to get all of the loud work out of the way before he had to go down and stayed as quiet as possible while he napped. I couldn’t believe how accommodating they were! Absolute top notch service!

I have to say that Chuck at Window Depot really went above and beyond with our new windows and patio door. We had a couple of issues with installation (a broken lock on our patio door and a cracked lower sash), and Chuck stayed in touch with me the entire time it took to remedy those issues. He really cared about our experience, and wanted to make sure our project was completed to our satisfaction. He even came all the way out to our home in Dickson on TWO separate Saturdays to fix the issues himself, and we are so happy with the finished product. I would absolutely recommend Window Depot. When we made the decision to change out our doors and windows, I didn't realize what a circus it would be. We had all the big names in our house for a quote. Who knew there was a huge production just to try and sell you windows. It was exhausting. With Chuck & team, though, it was thankfully more direct and plain simple. From start to finish I had a great experience with the Window Depot team - Robbie, Keith, Chad, Dakota, and Bobby. Each of them were incredibly professional, hard working, on time, and eager to please. We had all the windows on my home replaced (22) and we are thrilled with the end result. It has truly transformed our home. There was a small run of calking that was missed, and Chris came right back over to touch things up. I looked everywhere for someone to install a window. I couldn’t find anyone that I had confidence that they could do it correctly. Corbin came and gave me an estimate made measurements and assured me he could do it. We ordered the window and a few weeks later Jose Chris came and installed the window in a day and it looks amazing! It’s just what I wanted and opens up the space. If you need a window call these guys!

In this case I feel obligated to share the absolutely wonderful experience that I had with the Window Depot USA of Nashville! Chuck and his staff were the best I could have ever imagined. Not only did I get windows that were actually BETTER than I expected, but their prices were the best and the installation team were all true craftsmen, on schedule, did a perfect job and left the property clean and ready to go! It was an 88 year old house with odd sizes and horrible windows yet when they were finished, it looked like the new windows were there from the start!! I can’t express how happy I was with the entire experience. Thank you Chuck, and thank your installation team for me. You all were so professional, respectful, and sincere, and you lived up to everything you said, and did. I couldn’t be happier!!

With any major home project, I've learned to anticipate that there will be a few hiccups along the way. A few that came up: in the beginning when getting the project finalized, I saw that my phone number wasn't written down correctly on the contract and I informed them of this right away and was reassured that it would be corrected, but it took several attempts until it finally was. This caused issues along the way with trying to contact me to set up the measurement appointment as well as re-confirming the date of the installation and them letting me know it would be changed because of weather. I had to keep calling their main office to find out what the latest update was and why I never heard anything from anybody (and it's because they never updated my phone number). Another issue was signing up for their financing. I signed the dotted line to tell them that I wanted to move forward with the project in November 2022 (shortly after we got our quote), but made it clear that I needed the install to happen in March 2023 as I needed time to get off from work and my Dad would also be visiting at that time from out of town to help me see it through. They said this wouldn't be a problem and I was under the impression that I wouldn't begin to be billed until the installation started and instead, I started receiving bills from December 2022 onward with no work happening yet. I expressed my frustration at the lack of communication as to why they placed the order for the materials in November 2022 when I told them we couldn't move forward with the install until March 2023 - the other main reason we wanted to discuss things well ahead of time is because we wanted to give them plenty of time to order everything and be ready for March - with the holiday, shipping delays due to Covid, etc., we thought we were doing our due diligence to help everyone out, but instead I felt I was being taken advantage of by them placing the order right away and making me pay upfront rather than ordering closer to the install date and expecting payments to begin shortly after that. I dealt with the repercussions of this, but it made me leery of how the rest of the process was going to go...however, come install day, they sent out 2 crews instead of 1 so that everything would be installed in 1 day, they arrived 30 minutes early and did a rockstar job. There was only 1 window that had condensation on it in which the sash will need to be replaced, but no one argued with me about it and they ordered it right away so that I would have it in a couple weeks' time. All of the windows are GORGEOUS and a huge game changer for making my home more energy efficient and less drafty (had 15 windows installed so to only have 1 with a slight issue was fine enough by me!). So even though those hiccups occurred, in the end, the service and care was there, we sincerely appreciated the schedule accommodation to work with our timeline and my home is better off for it. Worth the investment, they are definitely the most reasonably priced in town, great quality windows, just make sure to double check your paperwork and ask questions at the very beginning and it should be relatively smooth sailing from there!

The quality of work was great and that's coming from someone who is very particular about the details. The best part of working the Window Depot was their honesty. My windows came in under sized because of a simple mix up. Instead of trying to push something on me just to move onto the next job, Chuck was honest and made it right with new windows. He really seemed to care that his customers are happy and that his windows will last for the long term.

Bradley was very upfront from the beginning and always kept in touch during the whole process. Lou took the time to talk to me at length prior to install and took detailed notes about my specific issues. When Robbie and Dakota got here process could not have been smoother. They had everything done in a day. Can't recommend this company enough.

Submitted a request for an estimate online on Saturday night, the next afternoon-Sunday-someone called to schedule the appt.
